With more than three decades of global leadership in product development, advanced materials, and technology commercialization, he has built a career transforming emerging technologies into scalable businesses and market-leading products.
Prior to founding Flex R&D, Ramin held senior technology leadership roles within multinational organizations, including serving as Global Vice President of R&D at Avery Dennison, where he led global innovation strategy, developed patent-protected technologies, and managed international research and development organizations. Today, he also serves as Chief Executive Officer and Executive Chairman of Ynvisible, leading the commercialization of ultra-low-power printed e-paper display technologies.
At Flex R&D, Ramin works closely with executive leadership teams, investors, and entrepreneurs to identify disruptive technologies, define innovation strategies, and accelerate commercialization. His expertise spans advanced materials, flexible packaging, printed electronics, consumer products, medical technologies, and intelligent packaging, helping clients navigate the journey from concept through commercialization and business growth.
