Ramin Heydarpour

Ramin Heydarpour is founder and managing partner of Flex R&D Inc. He has over 25 years experience in Research and Development at large multinational companies. He was previously Global Vice President with Avery Dennison, where he led development of innovative products in the areas of food packaging, brand identification, and office and consumer.

Prakash Mallya

Prakash Mallya, Ph.D. is an accomplished innovator with a proven track record of inventing and commercializing products for a broad range of markets. He has launched products resulting in sales in excess of $1B and has authored/coauthored more than 50 patents and publications. More recently he was a Corporate Fellow and VP of Technology at Avery Dennison.

Ken Lin

Kenneth S. Lin, Ph.D. has over twenty years R&D exeprience with Avery Dennison. His work at Avery Dennison include Corporate R&D, Performance Polymers, Coatings, Printing and Converting. More recently Ken served as President of Kensinger Group Inc. His expertise is in adhesion science, polymer structure-property relationship, product development and quality improvement. There are 23 patents credited to his effort.
